Get ready to swing into the season! The Gulfport Senior Foundation’s Annual Big Band Christmas returns to the Catherine Hickman Theater for a festive evening filled with the sounds, sparkle and spirit of the holidays.
Laurie Loyst returns with Encore IV, bringing holiday favorites to life with the energy of big-band swing, musical comedy and Laurie’s signature “classy & sassy” style. It’s a Christmas celebration made for tapping your toes, sharing a laugh and enjoying a night out with friends and family.
Before the curtain rises, VIP guests are invited to begin the celebration at our Christmas Garden Party. Gather beneath the lights for a festive tree lighting, enjoy live music, and bring the kids for a special visit from Santa Claus. VIP tickets include your first drink along with a delicious selection of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres—the perfect way to toast the season before heading into the theater.
Then, from 6:30–8:30 PM, settle in for Big Band Christmas, where timeless holiday music, swinging arrangements and plenty of personality come together for a show designed to leave you smiling all the way home.
